It is very important to know positions while watching football. the most important positions are on the offence. The Qb has the biggest job on the field sometimes picking plays, understanding his teammates routes, needing to slip out of the pocket when pressured, holding onto the ball and having the ability to throw the ball in stride with the receiver.
